5 sets of 2 reps @ 80-85% of max and 3 sets of 3 reps @ 85-90% of max

between sets complete a 30 sec side plank, alternating side each set

WOD:

10 Deadlift (52/35)

10 S2OH (52/35)

10 Box Jumps (60/50)

10 min AMRAP
