a)Working in pairs spend 20min to find NEW 1 RM Bench press
b) In same pairs (2 waves) find a NEW 2 km Row time (10 min time cap)
With results from June 8 work out a game plan to get a new PB on both tests; especially on row test you should be able to work out your split time and go from there.
