B)2-3 partners accumulate max reps of each exercise. 2 rounds

rest 30 sec

2 mins max T2B

rest 30 sec

2 mins max cal row

9:15am

run 400m

40 x pullups

run 400m

40 x wallballs

run 400m

40 x power cleans 50/35

If you do finish continue on with half reps, i.e run 200m and 20 reps.

20 minutes.
