Well done to the brave souls who came and tackled the 5km run yesterday! Some impressive times and you all made the leaderboard !!!!

Workout 12.2
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Snatch (M 35 / F 20 kgs)
30 Snatch (M 61.25 / F 35 kgs)
30 Snatch (M 75 / F 45 kgs)
Max Rep Snatch (M 95 / F 55 kgs)
This workout begins from the standing position. The athlete will complete all reps at the first weight before advancing to the next weight. Score is total reps completed in 10min.
Athletes try and watch the standards video on the web. Come in today for some Snatch technique, (you don't have to stay for the WOD) but it will be good to iron out any kinks before Saturday morning.
