4 Turkish Get ups - 2 each arm (24/16)
For those athletes signed up for the OPEN the wait is nearly over. WOD 1 will be announced tommorrow (around lunch time we think). We will do the WOD's on Saturday mornings 8am or 915 am. You need to be here at the start of the class for a briefing on the movement standards and rules.Then for those who want to, we can arrange another crack at it before scores need to be submitted on Tuesday.
For those who are not signed up you can still do the WODs on Saturdays with us. We need you all anyway, to judge, encourage and score keep- so come on down and take part in the Open with your community.
