CROSSFIT TOTAL is finally here, settle your nerves and lift some weight for the three lifts.
Back squat
Shoulder press
Deadlift
Three attempts to get the one big lift for each lift. Total of best lifts added together for your total score.
All lifts will be judged by the coaches, so make sure you don't do a 'no rep'.
Tip of the day, bring your flat shoes.

We are so impressed by all of our athletes..they smashed CrossFit Total and set their own benchmarks for the three big lifts. Can't wait to see the massive improvements next time we give this a go.
