SUNDAY 12th FEBRUARY 2012



Hope everyone who conquered 'Daniel' yesterday is feeling ok.

Couple of updates for you all:

DAY 2 of 115 Burpee challenge = 2 burpees

This Friday we will be doing CrossFit Total

Back Squat

Shoulder press

Deadlift

3 attempts at each lift, highest weight successfully lifted goes towards your final score.

The reason we are telling you is that for some of you, this is a must do strength WOD and you may need to schedule your sessions to make sure you will be there ......or on the other hand  you may want to avoid it like the plague. Either way now you know ;)
