MONDAY 16th JULY 2012



 

Saturday's Crossfit for Hope WOD was massive, one of the hardest workouts I've done. Thirty athletes smashed themselves. Awesome turnout from Cameron Crossfit, and late appearance from Crossfit Birkenhead who did the WOD when all had left. Top effort from our own crew, Nic and Maia the only two to get over 100 reps in a round, amazing effort.
