BASELINE FITNESS (Re)TEST -row 500m, 40 air squats, 30 sit ups, 20 pressups, 10 pullups for time

WOD:

5 ring dips

4 pistol squats (2 per leg alternating)

10 toes to bar

8 min AMRAP
