Today is practice day for our Fundraising WOD "HOPE". It will give you a chance to see how many reps you might get on the day, and will help you tell your sponsors how much to sponsor you.
We will be doing this wod on Saturday 14th July 2012. If you haven't grabbed your sponsorship form yet make sure you do and start getting some donations towards our fundraising support of

WOD: "HOPE"
Three rounds of:
(Rx) (scaled)
Burpees Burpees
Power snatch (35/25kg) Power Snatch (25/15)
Box jump (60/50) Box Jump (50/40)
Thruster (35/25kg) Thruster (25/15)
Chest to bar Pull-ups Pullups
You will spend 1 minute at each exercise station where you will try to get as many reps as possible. On the call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep and you keep a continuous count through the 5 stations. At the end of the five exercises you get 1 minute of rest. There is a total of three rounds and your score is the toatl for all three rounds.
Don't forget next week is the last week of our nutrition challenge. Try to get in either Thursday or Friday for your baseline retest, weigh and measure and final photos.
