STRENGTH:   Back Squat 3,2,2,2 reps

WOD:

15 x Deadlift (60/40)

12 x Hang Clean (60/40)

9 x Front Squat (60/40)

6 x Jerk (60/40)

5 Rounds for time.

 

Wednesday the 6th June there is a 10km run for the 9:15am class only. Starting from the Kara Road turnoff on SH14 ending at the gym. If you want to give this a go meet at the gym no later than 9:00am and we'll drive you up, or meet at Kara Road before 9:15am. We're estimating that it'll take just over an hour.
