SKILL: Maximum Horizontal Jump (3 attempts)

WOD:  Partner Up

100 kettlebell swings (24/16)

100 wallballs

100 pullups

100 medball situps (pass to each other)

6 x 200m sprint

Only one partner working at a time (except med ball situps).

Every minute on the minute EVERYONE must perform 2 burpees!

Great job yesterday from everyone on their clean and jerk @ 90%. Expect to see new PB's coming from most people after seeing their strong technique over multiple reps.

 

Strength: Ring Dips - 3 sets of maximum reps (weighted, strict, kipping, bands)

12 thrusters (40/25)
