Owner, Coach, Head Coach FNCF Kids Programme. Ness has been involved with CrossFit since the early days of its introduction in NZ. She represented CF Birkenhead at the 2011 Australasia Regionals and is consistently in the top 10 of Masters CrossFit athletes in NZ and in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. As a teacher, her passion lies with the Kids Programme and introducing young athletes to a lifelong love of exercise.
