Och Aye Junior CrossFit took on a Scottish Twist yestedae with our very own Highland Games Kids Gone Bad WOD. There was log flipping, farmers carries, cart pulls, stone tosses and more.

Woohoo we dusted off the gutterboard today and introduced it to a new generation of kids. All part of the teaching around throwing and catching. Our Junior CrossFitters LOVED it and want to play it every week...Lucky it's Coach Ness' favourite too!!!!

Welcome back for a new term of CrossFit Juniors. We started the term with an obstacle course, a game of CARDS and finished with giant pickup sticks!!!!

A brilliant last class for term 2. We retested all of the fitness levels and all our Junior Firebreathers smashed their last scores and improved massively. WELL DONE!!!!
