The Intro Programme is 5 classes over two weeks. It is programmed to give you basic competency in the foundational movements, correct form, proper technique and full range of motion unique to CrossFit.
The Intro Programme will run for TWO WEEKS – Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm – 7:45pm and Saturday 9:15am (optional); each month (if numbers permit). They will be starting the 2nd week of each month and cost $80 (payable in full before the course starts).
LIMITED NUMBERS per intro programme, so book early so you don’t miss out. All classes must be attended to join the regular programme.
(Make up classes $20/class).
