Grant is our neighbour and has been training with us 3 x a week since February. He has come such a long way in three months including knocking over 2 minutes off his baseline fitness test time and adding 60kgs to his CrossFit Total. The biggest and best thing for him has been reducing his golf handicap!

CrossFit is for everyone!!!

Strength: Weighted pull ups 4 x 3 reps

WOD:

kettlebell swings (24/16)

21* 15*  9*  reps

*20m overhead plate lunge (20/10) between rounds
