Hayden has been with FarNorth CrossFit since it opened in 2012. He is a NZ, top 10 Masters athlete with exceptional gymnastics skills. He also works at Sport Northland and combines his passion for fitness and exercise with his wife Annalise in their Hip Hop dance school ‘Hardcore Dance’.
