Exactly 33 seconds into the WOD, Shari discovered that the bike was not the easy option and that jandels are not the best running shoes………….
We want everyone to experience this, so for the month of June we are introducing ‘ The Shari Mile’. During the month you all need to complete 1.6km on the bike as quick as you can.
