Harrison showed fantastic training yesterday with form and intensity, good example of real fitness.

Training WOD:

‘Fight gone Bad’

Three rounds of:
Wall-balls (Reps)
Sumo dead-lift high-pull 40/25(Reps)
Box Jump, (Reps)
Push-press, 35/25 (Reps)
Row (Calories)

Rest 1 minute between each round. Accumulate an ongoing count of all your reps per round.

As the name suggests, after finishing the Wod you should feel like you were in a ‘fight gone bad’. Enjoy.
