Strength:

Dead-ball walks, 5 x  100m. (front carries)

one arm upside down kb walk 5 x 20m each arm

WOD:

Run 400 – 200 – 400- 200m

15 x pullups in between each run

 

4:30pm onwards 17.1 !!!!!!!!!!!!

A reminder that the kids CrossFit class finishes at 4:30pm, please remain off the gym floor until then. Thanks.
