Training WOD:
In 5 minutes complete:
20 x Deadlifts @100/75
1000m/850m row
Rest 5 minutes then repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
If you don’t make the 1000m/850m row, just note what you rowed to within the 5 minutes and try to maintain that distance each round.
You will have to maintain a 1:50 split time to achieve this
This is a test to see if you have the capacity to recover each round so no ‘sand bagging’.
