WOD prep:

Prepare for these movements and find your appropriate scaling options for yourself.

Training WOD:

5-8 x hspu every 30 seconds for 5mins                                      or 8-10 x push ups

6-8 x pistols every 30 seconds for 5 min                                    or 8-10 x squat

6-8 x straight leg t2b every 30 seconds for 5 minutes             or 8-10 x knee 2 elbows or tucks

8-10 x barbell thrusters, choose your own weight                   or 8-10 x med-ball cleans
